    BHG Makeover Challenge....Revealed!

    By Stacy 10 Comments

I am SUPER excited because today I can finally share the challenge with you that I did with Better Homes And Gardens while  in New York! I just got the links to the video clips and watched them for the first time.

    BHG challenge

You can see it better in the video, but the fern botanical print that I used came from My friend Karen at The Graphics Fairy

We were each given a very small space with the same desk and the same chair.

Eddies Ross was the Host :)

And we couldn't use nails or screws! Here are our work stations:

We had $200 and 45 minutes to shop.

Then we had 5 hours over the course of two days to work on the space.

Since the challenge was to design this SMALL space (something I know all about since I live in a tiny house with 5 other people) I added storage to my gallery wall and a lamp. When you don't have enough room, GO VERTICAL! It frees up space on the desk (which is also small) and makes it seem less cluttered.

Hop on over to BHG's site to see my wall!

All I have is this crappy screenshot I took while watching the video, but this is my space! Definitely watch the video to see it up close and in better quality. But I couldn't resist giving you a peek :)

The video worked, but the voting link and stylemaker link both came up with errors and wouldn't load....

Stacy, I'm so excited you were chosen to do this challenge! I hopped on over and watched all the videos and could just feel the excitement and creativity in all 3 of you. I really loved all the finished beautiful walls , but (shh) I voted for you as it's my personal favorite! Good job and great perseverance with that lamp!

Hi! I did vote for you, but I didn't know who you were. I was on the BHG site, saw the challenge, checked out the 3 gallery walls and loved yours. There just wasn't any other choice for me. Now that I've found your blog, I'm signing up and following you on Pinterest, too. You've got some great ideas here!
