    Valentine's Day Table Setting

    By Stacy 7 Comments

As promised, I am sharing my version of a Valentine's Day table setting today. I'm continuing the theme of using light pink, or blush, like with my family room.  I have really come to like pink (I'm currently crushing on it actually!) especially when paired with black and gold!

    black gold and blush

I stole the black faceted vase (which is really meant to be a utensil holder) from the front room. I'm obsessed with it and also have it in white.

I didn't have any gold candlesticks and instead of running out and buying some, I spray painted these that I made years ago. I had 5 so I figured it wouldn't matter too much if a couple got a makeover.

The black and white stripe chargers are from IKEA. I just love them! If you have seen my office, then you know I am obsessed with black and white stripes!

I couldn't find pale pink cloth napkins so I bought plain cotton fabric instead. I still need to sew around the edges (I don't love sewing!) but at least they look ok in the photo! I'll get to sewing them later.....

Really, with fresh flowers you can't go wrong. Just use what you have, pick a color scheme, grab a bouquet of fresh flowers from the supermarket and you're good to go :)

What is your favorite color scheme for Valentine's Day?
