    Pop Up Spray Tent GIVEAWAY!

    By Stacy 151 Comments

It is no secret that I love my spray shelter from HomeRight but I will admit that sometimes if I have a small item to paint, I don't want to  set up the big tent. When I heard that HomeRight created a small spray shelter I was so excited! Not only is it smaller, but it literally POPS UP when you open it! If you have kids and they have a play pop up tent, it is very similar concept. Or, think about the round shade things you put in your car dashboard to protect it from the sun. Same kind of concept as far as how to fold it up when you are done.

The spray shelter starts out slightly bigger than a dinner plate in a carrying case.

I should have made a video of it opening. You take off the elastic band and it literally POPS open!

    popup-spray-tent

It doesn't take up much space. I like that it is tall in case you have something like a lamp that needs more head room. There are also tabs on the front corners in case you need to stake it down.

In less than one minute I was painting away! I love these IKEA boxes. I have kept some the original colors but some I have painted black.

I have them all over my house.

I've seen these floating around the internet and I really want one. With a smaller work area now, it'd be nice to have a small shelter for spray painting. Also, I love the boxes. What a nice makeover.

Wow, great timing. I just removed the wash sink from my laundry this morning and am planning a major renovation of that room. Love the boxes and certainly a pop up spray shelter would be totally helpful when I start replacing all the necessary items we store in a laundry room. I think we gals have more stored in the laundry than the guys have in the tool shed.

Speaking of lamps, I have an old lamp of my mother's that's the ugliest shade of dull pink. I have to paint it--any color other than what it is now. This tent would be perfect for that job. I'm embarrassed to admit that I recently did some spray painting on the driveway, with a plastic dropcloth down. Alas, it wasn't quite big enough and the spray drifted and now there's a distinct patch of paint on the driveway. Tents are a great idea.

We moved and downsized, so my garage is full of stuff & I no longer have a work space. IF I want to do any painting, I have to go out to my backyard, and it's not a good place. I have at least two, if not more projects just waiting for me & I have put them off because I have no where to paint. Please. ;)

My daughter is into costuming and uses spray pain on both costumes and props. The first thing we'd use this for if we're lucky enough to win would be whatever costume piece or prop she is working on at the time it arrived at our house. I'd love to have her use this - she's gotten pain on too many things over the year.s

I would so put this to good use. I have two end tables that need to be painted and who knows what else. I always start with one painting project and it inevitably leads to more. I so love the transformation that I always find something else that needs refreshing. Thank you so much for the opportunity to win something to make it a little easier.
