The voting begins!!!!! Best DIY Contest Top Projects

    By Stacy 42 Comments

Holy Cow people! 774 projects were linked up!!! I don't even want to add up the time I spent in front of the computer last week. Lets just say I skipped lunch a few times and stayed up too late :) I also want to send a HUGE thank you to my guest judges. It would have been nearly impossible to pick and do this on my own.

In all seriousness, you guys blew me away. I was astounded by your creativity and I loved that I found some new blogs to follow. Amazing doesn't do you guys justice.  I wish I had a prize for all of you.

I think it goes without saying that picking the top projects was painful. SO HARD!!!  And there was a tie for one of the spots. So instead of top 5, we have a top 6 :)

Here they are in no particular order:

    1. Upholstered Platform Bed submitted by Kelly at View Along the Way.

     2. Master Bedroom submitted by Whitney and Dustin at Rooster and Hen

    3. Fabric Wallpaper submitted by Monica and Jess from The Real Housewives of Bucks County

    4. Cowhide Dresser submitted by Vivienne from The V Spot.

    5. Master Closet submitted by Sandra from Sawdust and Paper Scraps

    6. Playhouse under the stairs submitted by BJ from Joy 2 Journey

*You may vote once a day from now until Friday January 13th at 10:00pm MST.

That playhouse makes me wish I had stairs. I would have loved something like this when I was a kid and I know my kids would love it too. You can bet if I ever have a house with stairs and young kids at the same time I will have a playhouse. ;-)
