    Squash Monsters

    By Stacy 3 Comments

I usually plant giant pumpkins. And I love them. But right as we were getting ready to plant our garden this year my husband was laid off. So I knew that I had to use every inch of my garden to grow things we would eat and bottle. I have been sad not having pumpkins and my kids wanted something to decorate. So I let some of our summer squash get really big and hard. We had so much fun making squash monsters! It just might become a new tradition :)
