Blogger Fall Home Tour

By Stacy 29 Comments

My birthday was yesterday and the only thing I really wanted was a clean house all decorated for Fall and some peace and quiet. Luckily I got both. I also got a new motor for the furnace. A little less fun but I am sure I will enjoy it come winter time.

If you have come over here from House of Hawthornes, welcome to my home :)

My favorite thing to do in the Fall is to drive up the canyon and see the changing leaves. They always change colors in the mountains before they do down here in the valley. Fall is just not Fall without leaves!

We grew pumpkins this year but they are still this weird half green, half orange hybrid so I bought some some locally. They are beautiful!

All the natural light make the colors of the leaves seem even brighter.

Acorns, leaves, pinecones, pumpkins, are all free and all you need to create a warm seasonal space.

The kitchen only needed a few touches.

I have a little trick for keeping real leaves fresh even though they are not in a vase. Remember those little water tubes I used when I did my holiday table last year? They work great for branches too!

I hope you liked my little tour! You can see the full line up below. You won’t want to miss seeing all the beautiful homes!

I’m really liking the touches of dark blue in your tablescape! And your kitchen shelves are killing me!!! I need to go back and see how you made those. Beautiful!

Thank you! Putting up those shelves was one of the best decisions we made in our kitchen. It really opened it up!

It lasted a couple of days which given the amount of children running amuck is pretty good :)

Loved the tour. Love your style. It is more along the lines of how I like to decorate for the fall too with leaves and yes your natural lighting really made those leaves pop! So glad to find your blog via the hop!
