Show Me What Ya Got #68

By Stacy 48 Comments

Wow. I am so overwhelmed by your emails and comments about yesterdays post. Thank you for all the support and kind words. I wish I could tell you just how much it helped me. Women supporting women. Not tearing them down. Thank you. Seriously, thank you so much. I could literally feel all your support and love.

Okay, lets get on with the party :)

Please link up new things that have not been linked up before. I have noticed a lot of repeats lately (yep, I look and pay attention).

Also, no linking up etsy shops or giveaways.

Link back to me somehow. Text link, button, sidebar, list, whatever :) I am not picky.

Thanks!

So sorry about the copyright issue. That is the only thing about putting things out there in blogland that we really cannot control what happens to them sometimes. And then for it to happen on a day that is very emotional- so very sorry- Sounds like you are moving on in a positive way though which makes you the better for it –

hope the rest of your week is totally awesome!

Thanks so much for hosting Stacy. I am so sorry for what you are dealing with in regards to the picture on pinterest. I have 5 kids and my first thought when I saw the picture here on your site was that it is absolutely hysterial. I’m sorry that someone felt they had the right to steal it and claim it as their own. I hope you get it resolved soon.

Hi Stacy! Thank you so much for the great party!

As much as we try not to let them, negative comments always hurt. Hang in there…there are so many haters in the world and the best way to get back at them is to just keep being the best person that you can be. It is so crazy, but what I have found is that people who knock others down do so because they are not confident in themselves. Be proud of you and your incredible family!

    Hi Stacy,
Thanks for hosting the par-tay! Lord bless you, I can not even imagine the patience and endurance it takes to have 5 children. 2 were enough for me…. God know what we can handle and apparently you are doing a great job!

Btw…. negative comments are a shame…. remember…. hurting people like to hurt people…

    Blessings,

Thanks for hosting! My condolences about your dad. Today is the ninth anniversary of my own dad’s death. Things that I could normally roll with have the power to bring me to tears around this time so I know how hard it is for you to be dealing with crap. I haven’t seen your photo of you and your boys (except here on your blog) so hopefully it is dying down…..

Hi Stacy! Thank you so much for hosting such an awesome party! Such a great group of projects! I’ve linked up my striped guest bathroom and my rocking chair makeover…2 of my favorite DIY projects that I did this month. Also, so glad you are getting the support you deserve regarding yesterday’s post. How disappointing that people would behave the way they did, but it’s nice to see all these women rallying around you! Anyone who follows your blog (or has half a brain!) knows that you are a wonderful mom and what the true intent of the picture was! Keep up the good work, and don’t let the meanies get ya down! :) ~ Virginia from livelovediy.com

Thanks so much for hosting such a fun party! I wanted to say I am so sorry that your stagged picture went viral. It breaks my heart that you are going through this. Makes you sad for the people who think their fun family photo is nice ends up on the top pins where people are making fun of themHope your week gets better.
