    My Office.... BEFORE Pictures

    By Stacy 13 Comments

I can finally see the light at the end of the tunnel! I have things hung, and built, and painted. It is just the little finishing touches that are left. Granted, there are a ton of them, but I know it will be done soon.

I realized not too long ago that I have never shown you pictures of my office. Ever! So here you go.

I didn't put much thought into this room and I was never really proud or excited about it. It was the place of function. Only it didn't really function well at all. I still am scratching my head trying to remember why I painted this room tan when I love color so much. It wasn't even a good tan color. And I never realized how dark it made the room until I painted over it.

A lot of the things in this room will not be put back in it when it is done. One of the things that is going is my red computer cabinet. It was the first thing that was "fake wood" (or laminate) that I had ever painted. I painted it 9 years ago. It has held up really well. It found a new home with my sister.

The plan is to finish the office this week. But I am leaving town on Thursday so we will see. I am going somewhere amazing and I can't wait to get back and tell you all about it!!!!!!!

Can't wait to see the big reveal. I've got an office space in the works for sometime this winter and could use some inspiration.
