    ***THIS GIVEAWAY IS NOW CLOSED***

I use Scotch Blue tape for all my painting projects and I just found out that Scotch Blue has a new tape. It is called Edge Lock. They have multi-surface tape and delicate surface tape. I love that. Sometimes you need it to really stick but sometimes you are taping a surface you are nervous about it pulling off the existing paint or finish. I always like options :)

Since being laid off from my job a few months ago, and the search for a new one is going slow, I've decided to take this 'extra' time on my hands to repaint every ceiling, wall, and baseboard in this house. I'm 3 rooms and 1 hallway into it. Only 5 more rooms to go! And considering I'm a messy painter, I tape off everything! So, yeah, I'm gonna need lots of tape!

Years ago, my husband and I painted stripes in our living room in colors to match the wallpaper in the entry. They turned out fabulous, but the colors are looking a bit tired. I would use the tape to help with all those vertical stripes. BTW - we use a sheet of notebook paper (8.5x11) for the size of our stripes.

I want to repaint my parents' bedroom for them. They have had horrible wall paper that is peeling off the walls now since they bought their house 15 years ago. They have redone every other room in the house, starting with my room, and now it's their turn to have a nice room. But of course, they will never do it for themselves, so I plan on doing it for them.

Love painter's tape! Used some on my last project. I have a table that I would to add some fun details to. Painters tape is the easiest way to get the straight lines that I'm looking for.

We're hoping to buy a cabin/cottage in the north Georgia hills. If it goes through, we will be painting EVERY room AND the front and back porch rails, etc. I'll need a case of the blue tapes. :)

I am in the "beginning stages" of re-doing my master bedroom. It's in dire need of a transformation. I would LOVE to have this new Scotch tape to tape up my room so I can paint it very soon!! The ugly dark brown panelling does nothing for our love life.
