Favorite Things Giveaway # 4 DecoArt

    By Stacy 336 Comments

I have such great memories of me as a kid, digging through my mom's craft paint so I could add color to my latest creation. Looking through all the bottles at Micheal's makes me happy.  My boys now love to paint pictures, rocks, model airplanes, etc. with this paint as well.

I have since discovered that DecoArt has great mediums too.  I like to paint fabric and so I think my favorite medium is the fabric medium. They have a brand new paint called So Soft that is paint meant for fabric. I am getting ready to paint some pillows for my new office and I will be using that. I can't wait!

DecoArt has offered to giveaway a gift set of all my favorite  products!!! I got to pick out what you will be winning :) Here is the list:

Sample kit of the glass paint (like what I used to make the blue mason jars)
16oz Decoupage (I used it for the wood block collage)
So Soft fabric paint sample kit
    Fabric paint brush kit
    Medium sample kit
    Americana Paint sample kit
(Colors MAY vary slightly since it was yours truly that made the collage :P)
You will have so much fun playing around with these products!

BEFORE YOU ENTER, YOU MUST BE A FOLLOWER OF MY BLOG. THIS IS AFTER ALL, A THANK YOU FOR MY FOLLOWERS :)

There are 2 ways you can enter. You can one or both. Please leave a separate comment for each.

*Tell something you would like to make if you won this prize package.

*Like DecoArt on Facebook and then leave me a comment telling me that you did. (Tell them thanks if you have a minute)

Good luck and be sure to come back tomorrow to see what the next giveaway is!!! We are not even close to being done!

I would like to finish a very special present for my new grandson from his grandfather with the glass paints. It continues a tradition that started with his 14 year old sister and now will continue with him. It has to do with a candy stash. I have two matching candy jars and I want to write "Big Stash" and "Little Stash" on them. Granddad always made sure that there was a candy stash for our granddaughter and they called it "the stash".

I've even seen some blogs/sites where people will paint the entire fabric on couches/chairs etc! I didn't even know that was possible. One lady even used paint for vinyl bought at an auto store and painted a black vinyl couch off-white. Cool stuff :) thanks for your awesome blog, I love all of your projects!

I have even used the paints on shrinky dink jewelry {works wonders} and I have been painting wooden beads for jewelry so i didn't have to buy a bunch of colored ones. I am sold on this line, I used to use Folk Art enamels and I LOVE the gloss enamels more than anything.

There are so many things that I already so with this paint and I especially love the Americana line. I use it to paint canvas that I then put vinyl saying on. I also use it to paint wooden letters, picture frames, just about anything. I would love to try the other lines. Thanks for the fantastic giveaways!

I have so many things that I could use this for. I am redoing my craft room and my daughter's bedroom so I would probably use it to make some wall art.

I am starting to think of things to craft for Christmas and I have been wanting to experiment with fabric paint and I would love to be able to give hand painted shirts, pillows etc as gifts!
